CHECK-IN TO THE HOLIDAY FEELING

Start your stay at Wyndham Grand Residences as you mean to go on, smoothly. On arrival, head to the large new Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception to check-in to your suite. Our dedicated reception team will welcome you and ensure any paperwork is completed quickly so you can spend your precious holiday time enjoying the Resort. We can also arrange for a porter service, between 8am and midnight, should you require. Open 24 hours a day, Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception is the place to check-out too. You can make use of the luggage storage facilities, should you wish.

Throughout your stay you can book restaurants or a Balinese Bed at our VIP pool area, organise excursions, schedule pampering treatments and more at our dedicated new Guest Service Centre. Open daily from 8am to 10pm, and set right next to Zac’s First Avenue, the helpful guest services team are there to ensure your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. This is also where you can request housekeeping services, replace lost key cards, settle payments or make taxi reservations. The team are happy to deal with any other day-to-day requests you might have.
